An ode to my favorite soda brand–and a chance to win some fun stuff for summer!

Who else can testify the weather going from blizzard to blistering overnight this year? All I want to do this summer is celebrate the warmth by connecting with friends with a refreshing drink in my hand. I try to limit my soda intake to once a week, but most of the time, that freebie is during hangouts or on the weekends.
Planning a get-together is hard. What does everyone like? Should you cater to each individual or pick a few things the majority would enjoy? I love Dr Pepper because it is an attestation to being unique, inviting, complex and simple at the same time. Anyone who knows me knows that the soda I crave is the one and only Dr Pepper. My eyes always light up when I find out a restaurant has this option! And this is why I have no hesitation in making Dr Pepper my choice of beverage to kick off Summer ’17.

I recently went over to Walmart a few weeks ago and grabbed a pack of Dr Pepper for a beach day. The individual bottles are perfect for storing in an ice chest and of course, keeping away all the sand that inevitably flies into every crevice after a day at the beach.
If you’re planning a party or even a hangout with a few of your best friends, Dr Pepper floats are a fun way to enjoy soda with a splash!
